PREORDER POLICY
‼️Preorder ETAS are when orders are ESTIMATED to BEGIN* shipping to US* - This is NOT necessarily the arrival date. Once the order is received at our warehouse, we ask for 2 full weeks to complete shipping to customers. We will notify customers when the order ships to us from the manufacturer, when we receive the order, & once shipping to customers has been completed.
‼️We do not guarantee any specific arrival dates. If you are ordering ONLY for a specific event/ purpose we advise to have a backup.
*WE CAN NOT ALTER YOUR ORDER IN ANY WAY ONCE IT IS PLACED
*We can not add a discount if you forget to enter one
*We can not alter sizing
*We can not adjust quantities
*We can not change monograms
*We can not refund your order once it is placed
**Please be sure to TRIPLE check your order before finalizing. Due to the way our system reports, any changes to an order will cause discrepancies in the report that we send to our manufacture. Orders are only eligible for replacement or store credit IF there is a manufacture defect
